How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at Ourlittleroots@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Fresh Flowers Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied with the condition of your flowers upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. This allows us to address any issues promptly.

  • If you wish to make changes to your order, such as the delivery date or address, please inform us no later than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • For order cancellations and refunds, please note that a 2% card processing fee will be retained.

  • For Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day orders, cancellations require 10 days’ notice for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 10 days’ notice are non-refundable.

Dried Flowers Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for our dried flowers. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, as received. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

  • The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
